Our MOQ is 200 square meters.

l What’s your payment term for construction stone material ?

-Normally 30% advance payment,and the balance to be paid against loading the granite products,marble products.

-100% irrevocable L/C at sight.

-Paypal,Western Union are acceptable.

l How can I to get the home decor materials sample?

We can send you free samples but the freight will be charged and we will refund you the express fee after the order is confirmed. 

l When my order of granite or marble products will be started ?

We’ll arrange the stone production schedule immediately once our Bank confirming the arrival of your advance payment .

l What’s the delivery leadtime of my granite or marble slab order .

Leadtime is 15 days per container.

l What’s the package of my home decor tiles ?

Packing in export standard quality & fumigated wooden crates hardboard carton boxes and/or pallet for stone products based on client’s request ..

l How about the guarantee & Claim?

100% replacement or repair will be done if any damage of granite ,marble or quartz slabs caused during the transportation because of the packing .
